There are no differences, a royal address is always preceded by either my/your or his/her, though his/her is used only when referring to the king/queen and my/your is used only when addressing the king/queen directly (the monarch is present in the conversation). Also note that Majesty is the highest form of royal address (only used for emperors/empresses and kings/queens), with Royal Highness and Highness below.

Examples;
~ My/your Majesty:
"Should I deliver the message now, my/your Majesty?"

~ His/her Majesty:
"His/her Majesty requires you to deliver the message."
