Yes it will encourage the people to participate and think more creatively to develop something in this digital media era. So they also could build a synergy between the people and the government as well.

2. Government to the citizen

I don't think so, there are many things the government should do to Indonesian. Start from more manageable healthcare system, income distribution, infrastructure, social welfare, the deficit, and the corruption prevention. All these things hasn't achieved well by our government, far from it.
